This is how you determine how effective your marketing efforts are in creating conversions. You should also look at how much your followers are interacting with your brand on social media. The more they interact with your brand the more of a relationship you are building with them.

No matter what point you are in, you should be using social media analytics to learn about your customers. What types of content moves the needle up? What sort of posts do they seem to respond the most to? When you are using analytics, don’t just look at the number, look at the “why?”
