Thanksgiving is the perfect time of year to reflect on what we are grateful for in our lives. Friends, family and the gift of life will top the list but customers and clients are something every business owner is grateful for, as well. Rather than saving all your gratitude for the Thanksgiving table this year, take the time to thank your customers and clients.
Show Gratitude: Take a moment to write a sincere thank-you letter to your clients or customers with a heartfelt note of gratitude. You can send your thank-you out in an e-newsletter, and further sweeten the deal with a special offer or discount for the Holiday Season. Even if you don’t extend a discount, customers still like to know you appreciate them.
Share: Build a connection with old, new and prospective clients and customers by sharing a little bit about what makes your product or service unique. Post about a project your team completed on Facebook that made you especially proud or design a holiday themed e-newsletter which announces new products or service offerings for the Holiday Season.
Give: Give any holiday messages your best effort in terms of design, copy and authenticity. An engaging and captivating message will go a long way. Humor, heartfelt stories and a personal touch will help your company’s holiday communication stand out from the clutter.
